Agreement to Terms
By using the services of LINX Repair Websites (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. This forms a legally binding contract between you and LINX Repair Websites, enforceable under applicable U.K. and international law.
Scope of Services
FixedMySite provides one-off website fixes and ongoing monthly maintenance services. This includes but is not limited to:
- Website error resolution
- Plugin/theme troubleshooting
- Malware removal
- Speed optimisation
- Regular updates and backups
- Hosting and email configuration
All services are provided at our discretion, based on a best-effort basis, and subject to service tier limitations as detailed on our Pricing Page.
No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance improvements, or compatibility with third-party services, browsers, plugins, or hosting environments.
If we cannot resolve your issue for a one-off fix, no payment will be required. However, if partial resolution or progress is achieved, you agree that payment may still be due at our discretion, depending on the time and resources spent.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Ensure that your site is backed up before any major change (unless you subscribe to our backup plan).
- Cooperate with our team in a timely manner to avoid delays.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by:
- Incorrect or missing information
- Hosting limitations or downtime
- Third-party plugin or theme incompatibilities
- Client-side changes after our work
Payment Terms
- One-off fixes: Payment is due upon confirmation that we can begin work. If the issue is not fixable, no charge will be made.
- Monthly plans: Payment is collected in advance. Monthly plans automatically renew unless cancelled 3 days before renewal.
- Add-ons or urgent tasks: These incur additional fees as published or quoted.
- Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of service without notice.
- Hosting and email configuration
Intellectual Property
All work produced by LINX Repair Websites becomes the property of the client upon full payment. However, we reserve the right to reuse generic scripts or frameworks used in the delivery of services across other clients.
Client content, logos, and credentials remain the sole property of the client.
Data Privacy & Access
We treat all client data and access credentials confidentially and store them using secure methods
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by:
- Loss of access caused by changed passwords, expired logins, or revoked permissions
- Data loss caused by pre-existing malware, poor hosting environments, or prior code corruption
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” LINX Repair Websites makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all liability for:
- Any direct or indirect damages from website downtime, lost revenue, missed leads, or data breaches
- Incidents arising from client-side installations, third-party integrations, or post-service changes
- Any hosting, DNS, or server failure unrelated to work directly performed by our team Total liability under this agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
Termination of Services
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” LINX Repair Websites makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all liability for:
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone for any reason
- Terminate ongoing work if we determine the environment is unsafe, illegal, or beyond our control
- Cancel any plan with written notice if the client breaches these terms You may cancel your monthly plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved under binding arbitration in the United Kingdom under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party waives any right to a class action or jury trial.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in that jurisdiction.
Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with the effective date.
